Despite our conversation and your patriotism, this needs to be said:

The US is the most dominant country on the planet and insists on encouraging WWIII. The military budget of America is equal to the next 20 countries combined. When we say that the rights of Ukraine must be respected and Russia has no right to do this, is hypocrisy.

The United States has overthrown more countries than anyone else in the history of the world. Our close ally Israel has occupied another country since 1967 and continues, to this day, with the ethnic cleansing of Palestine. In a similar interest of security, we meddled in Argentina, Bolivia, Mexico and Venezuela and other places around the globe.

Atrocities committed during the Philippine-American war in 1899-1902 suggest that the US was interested in furthering American imperialism and attempted to “civilize savages”, ultimately necessitating cleansing of a lesser race.

The US invaded Cuba in 1898 to protect American business interests and to avenge the destruction of the USS Maine, which had blown up in the Havana waterways.

Covert actions in Chile provided funds to support electoral candidates and run anti-Allende propaganda to support a military coup, which resulted in President Salvador Guillermo Allende’s death.

In 1956 the CIA and United fruit company overthrow a Democratic government in Guatemala and got the advertising guy Ed Bernays (Sigmund Freud’s nephew), to run a spin campaign.

When Iran’s democratically elected President wanted to stop selling oil, the US overthrew their democratic government, installed the Shah and taught he and his henchmen how to infiltrate opposition groups and throw them in prison.

At Henry Kissinger insistence, Richard Nixon and Lyndon Johnson, backed by  CIA, oversaw an illegal war that killed over 100,000 People in Indonesia and the coup of governments.

President of Bolivia, Evo Morales member of the largest percentage of Indigenous population who reduced poverty by 42%, was overthrown. Now de facto president, Jeanine Anez, calls indigenous religious practices “satanic”.

When Russia sent money to Nicaragua the Reagan administration trained death squads to kill anybody in Central America that wanted to give money to poor people, including American nuns and the Bishop of San Salvador.

For us to say that Russia needs to respect world order is a lot of self-serving hooey. NATO was a military alliance formed to counter the Soviet Union. When the Soviet Union collapsed, countries once part of the Soviet Union Empire, wanted to quickly joined NATO.

Accepted, were countries bordering Russia. Now our weapons are on those borders.  What would happen if Canada approved Russia setting up military bases 20 miles from the US border?  We would not stand for that, which is why there are no Russian military bases in the Western Hemisphere.

When it comes to Ukraine, America isn’t defending freedom or human rights. America is doing what’s done for years. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have millions of homeless people,  hungry kids going to school looking for one decent daily meal and our society would not be decrepit, declining, and corrupt.

Dear Ryan Maul,

This letter of voluntarily resignation is addressed to you because your superiors have not returned correspondences. Likely because ethical boundaries were crossed in fabricating facts to forward personal inter-company promotions. I may have threatened your orthodoxy but my refusal to shut down outside business activities in compliance with new management was against initial agreements initiated during the asset sale of First Montauk Securities.

As you recall, I left Merrill Lynch for a national title and created shareholder value by cascading recurring revenue models to ranking staff for implementation. Despite developing a high margin business for them, the stark realization was years of debt might preclude the higher end of my performance bonuses. Being a team player, I expanded my roll from Sales Director to explorer an exit strategy for the cash strapped business. As a result, I needed to scale directives in my newly created Sales Mgmt Council to align a leveraged buyout.

When hopes the firm would buy my Sales Mgmt Council idea were dashed. The exiting CEO permitted me to orchestrating an alliance of other Wall Street executives to provide outside financial firms perspectives needed to implement operational efficiency and crystallized corporate cultures. The investment industry clearly required a paradigm shift, and even before the sale to FAS was finished my evolved entrepreneurial idea, called Strategic Management Advisors, was advising B-D’s across America.

Soon FAS faced problems of its own and was acquired by Cetera Advisors LLC, another poorly run firm. By then I had long departed and you only housed old licenses, as my attention turned to SMA Merger & Acquisitions, that I eventually sold. It was then you alleged, I broke OBA disclosures and attempted to cancel my non-producer trading privileges. I acquiesced only because my new passion was doing cutting-edge research for my first book called, “The Quiet Rich”. Again you agreed to continue my institutional trading privileges at deeply discounted commission rates.

By 2016, more financial difficulty caused reorganization into Aretec and a new corporate mop-up began. As a non-producer, with privileges grandfathered in from the first merger in 2004 I was too expensive (even though my assets exceeded average brokers with only 4 personal accounts). When Genstar took over in 2018 you absurdly demanded both me and my wife shut down our businesses. I refused purely on lack of logic and you coerced discretionary trading allegation in 2 family accounts, to push me out.

Unlike you, a failed producer who found safety in the operational side of the business. My 25-years career had only two blemishes; a firm wide complaint at Paine Webber, and failure to supervise at Merrill Lynch—integrity well above normal. Therefore, I voluntarily resign without cause. My intention is to let series 7&8 expire as they were kept only for legacy, and focus on my next book, “Reawakening an American Dream”. Attached: Find all verifying documentation.

Proudly Fired for Insubordination

To achieve wealth, and the financial freedom that goes with it, all you need to do is change how you think. A recent SMA Institute study reveals, it’s not hard to change neuropathways in the brain and move into top percentiles of income or wealth. Most people tend to default to things they were taught as children, like being good students, or employees. But in order to thrive you must first unlearn some habits. If you’d rather not break rules or make waves at work, stop reading—but. if you want to get rich, get fired!

“One of my beloved accomplishment was being fired from FAS for insubordination.” Sometimes called, termination, laid off, or bad fit. It’s all corporate code for don’t sue us after you leave. Lighting a fire under mealy mouthed executives who think they are insulated gives me a rush. My former industry like most, was packed with empty suits who get paid on the blood, sweat and tears of hard-working ordinary folks who never get any loyalty but whose toil benefits owners that keep getting richer.

As a young news reporter in Baltimore, Oprah Winfrey’s boss said she, was a bad fit and look what happened to her. Lots of rich people got fired. Mark Cuban, Thomas Edison, Walt Disney, my old neighbor Jerry Seinfeld. Even Abraham Lincoln was reduced to the military rank of private before he rose to President of the United State. While training stock brokers at white shoe Wall Street firm I needed to fire someone consistently missing expectations. He left and made millions as a computer dating entrepreneur.

Society would not work if no one was subservient because everyone would be a general and there’d be on soldiers. Control is essential and using fear bases rules, like with Covid19, it keeps the masses in order so those in the top percentiles of power can make the most money. As far back as 1200 BC Egyptian pharaohs agreed to protect farmers and then made them follow their rules while collected golden treasures. In England, during the Peteloo Massacre of 1819, people protested against such rule and were attacked by their own militia. Eighteen people were killed.

Once you give up your power, you may not get it back. Keep in mind there’s a long list of those who opposed institutions and governments, like Elon Musk, J.K. Rowling or Bill Gates. Disruptors get rich and don’t buy into mass think. My licenses were granted by FINRA and middle management bureaucrats used that to threaten, but no one needs a license to get rich. Serving agendas of companies, institutions and governments will only keep you in debt.

Resisting to be ruled will affect neuropathways in the brain and help you let go of misconception like, your boss knows better. Remember Doghouse Reilly. “I was fired for insubordination. I seem to rate pretty high on that…” If you want to make millions resist when others repress your ideas and express what you do best. Unlearn old habits and replace them with personal empowerment to launch transformational  change that will keep your focused and rich.

Most days I analyze, calculate, strategize and execute. Then there are those days I want nothing to do with stock markets, balance sheets or the business of “businesses” and instead, mindfully ideate, write and sing.

“In a case that turns on the adequacy of conflict-of-interest disclosures, the SEC inexplicably excludes many relevant disclosures,” Cetera Advisors and Cetera Advisor Networks wrote in a partial motion to dismiss claims the SEC filed in U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado in August. “In particular, the SEC completely ignores fulsome disclosures that were provided on the ‘Understanding Compensation’ webpages of Cetera’s public websites….”

The regulator charged Denver-based Cetera Advisors with generating almost $11 million in undisclosed 12b-1 fees and in fees that its clearing firm, Pershing, collected from mutual funds and shared with Cetera. The SEC in October added the smaller Cetera Advisor Networks as a defendant.

The independent broker-dealer firms and their investment adviser representatives violated their fiduciary duty and collected $21 million of unlawful gains from September 2012 through December 2016, the regulator alleged, saying that lower-cost share classes were available. It focused its argument on allegedly inadequate disclosures by Cetera in Form ADV regulatory update filings, known as brochures, over the four-year period.

In seeking dismissal of the fraud claims, Cetera intensified what is likely to become a growing legal debate over the adequacy of web disclosures.

“Not only did the webpages describe in detail Cetera’s compensation arrangements and related conflicts of interest, they also included disclosures specific to the conflicts alleged by the SEC, namely Cetera’s revenue sharing arrangement with its clearing broker relating to mutual funds, the receipt of administrative services fees, and the receipt of shared non-transaction fee revenues, also referred to as ‘mark-ups,’” the Cetera filing said about some of its arrangements.

Many clearing and custody firms offer advisors mutual funds without transaction fees to sell to customers, but restrict the offerings to share classes with high expenses that are split with broker-dealers and advisors.

“The SEC alleges that Cetera’s ADV Brochures did not disclose the revenue sharing arrangement with the clearing broker until June 2015, even though identical disclosures were posted on Cetera’s webpages before June 2015,” Cetera’s court filing said in defending its arrangement with Pershing.

The Cetera firms also took issue with the SEC’s claim that it failed to disclose that certain fund share classes carry 12b-1 fees, mentioning only that it may be incentivized to sell certain mutual funds.

“Cetera’s use of the term ‘fund’ captures not only the share class conflict, but also any conflict associated with selecting a fund that pays 12b-1 fees over a different fund that does not,” the firms argued in this week’s filing.

They also took issue with the SEC’s claim that Cetera understated its revenue incentives by saying that it “may” receive fees rather than that it does receive them.

“Cetera provided detailed, tailored disclosures regarding any potential or actual conflicts presented by their receipt of 12b-1 fees and the compensation arrangements with the Clearing Broker,” the filing concluded. “As such, Cetera’s clients were armed with sufficient information such that they could make appropriate inquiries and provide informed consent regarding their advisory relationships with Cetera.”

The firms also asked the federal court to dismiss the SEC’s request for disgorgement of its allegedly improper gains, citing a 2017 Supreme Court decision that said Congress has not authorized the regulator to seek such punitive recompense. The Supreme Court last month said it will consider another case that could elucidate whether the regulator has the authority to seek disgorgement for securities law violations.

Cetera Financial Group includes about 3,500 independent broker contractors affiliated with five broker-dealers. Private equity firm Genstar Capital purchased Cetera last year for a reported $1.7 billion.
