Soon Scott Raider’s supervisor, Ryan Maul, called to say they spoke several times to all of my four clients “all of whom loved you (me)” but Scott Raider came up with a time and price concerns. I immediately talked with my clients about the action. Recollections were much different than those Ryan’s Mauls purported. Another client said, “allegation over discretionary trades or unsuitable investments are ridiculous, because my (his) wife, the primary contact gave consent on all trades at First Allied Securities, First Montauk, Merrill Lynch, Painewebber, and she wasn’t even called by Scott Raider or Ryan Maul over their alleged actions.” Most clients were with similar outraged!
